HONOR has unveiled a new mid-range device called HONOR 20 Lite. Though it’s of a lower category than a flagship device, what it packs is not too far from it.
The HONOR 20 Lite has a triple-lens rear camera setup and a 32MP selfie camera.
The triple-lens at the back is made up of a 24MP primary camera with an F/1.8 aperture that can produce images with good depth-of-field.
But HONOR pushed it a little further by adding in a Quadra CFA sensor, in which it says “boosts light sensitivity and lets more light pass through.” This means that it will take even better images under low-light condition.
The secondary camera is a 120-degree ultra-wide angle lens, which is not commonly seen in mid-range devices except for Samsung’s recent A-series. And the last rear camera is a 2MP macro lens to capture small objects and their finest details.

Though the main selling point of the HONOR 20 Lite is its cameras, there are also exciting factors that you should know about.
HONOR is a subsidiary of Huawei. So it’s not surprising that the HONOR 20 Lite runs on the EMUI 9.0 on top of the latest Android 9 OS. Because of their kinship, the device is also powered by a Kirin chipset. Not the 980 but the 710, which can still provide you with excellent speed performance.
HONOR also imported some tricks from Huawei’s AI playbook with HiVision. This intelligent AI assistant can identify the food you are eating and determine the caloric intake. Sweet!
