StarHub reacts to market needs with a $20 for 50GB data add-on

If you are finding yourself bursting your mobile data limit every month, StarHub has a solution for you and it’s called ’50GB with worry-free data’. Not the catchiest name but who cares. We want the data!

For an additional monthly fee of $20, StarHub postpaid plan and SIM Only subscribers can now enjoy another 50GB of data so that they don’t have to worry about exceeding their data limit anymore. Precisely what the name says.

Mr Johan Buse, Chief of Consumer Business Group, StarHub said:

“Tuning in to the voice of our customers, we will continue to challenge the norms and offer the best possible value, innovation and customer experience.”

He added that “We continue our #HelloChange journey with a great new addition, as our customers deserve more pricing transparency and easy-to-understand mobile plans. ‘Unlimited’ data plans in the market today come with plenty of obscure limitations, from one-time activation fees to compulsory contracts and hidden speed and usage restrictions. Our worry-free data add-on takes such uncertainty and anxiety off our customers’ minds by offering clear value and transparency with superior network performance.”

StarHub’s recently launched #HelloChange mobile plans offer customers more choices, including freedom from contract and hidden fees. Popular add-ons like Caller Number Display (Caller ID) and International Roaming are free-of-charge as a standard offering, enabling customers to enjoy continuous savings of $15.35 every month. Customers will no longer have to worry about data bill shock once they add ’50GB with worry-free data’.

To subscribe to the new add-on, for existing subscribers, simply go to the My StarHub app and select ’50GB with worry-free data’, and you’ll get it.

There will be no one-time fees or contract commitments.
