Fave, one of Southeast Asia’s fastest growing cashless payment app kicked off the year with two new key appointments to continue it’s upward momentum in 2019.

With over eight years of experience in e-commerce – ranging from expertise in mobile banking to e-payment platforms, Lee Khuan Yew joins Fave as Head of Product. Lee previously served as Assistant Vice President of Mobile Banking for Maybank, and will contribute his knowledge of mobile payment applications and merchant acquisition to Fave’s growing cashless payment platform following the successes of his previous endeavors at Maybank.

“This year we are focusing heavily on helping more retailers and restaurants go cashless, and grow their revenues with our mobile app platforms. Khuan Yew will be leading the initiatives to expand our merchant app as well as ensure super easy onboarding to enable all small medium business owners to go cashless,” shares Joel Neoh, founder of Fave.

Also joining Fave is Anisha Sasheendran who will be filling the role of Regional Head of People, following her four-year role as Head of Young Talent at one of Malaysia’s leading telecommunications providers, Maxis. Prior to this, she was also the Chief Talent Officer for Groupon Malaysia and was responsible for building and creating Groupon’s family-like work culture. Anisha’s strengths lie in the areas of talent attraction and acquisition, as well as performance management and leadership development.

“The Fave team has grown exponentially over the past 3 years, and we are dedicated to invest further in our team’s personal and professional growth. We are excited to have Anisha join the team as she will ensure we are building the next generation of great leaders to address our demanding business needs,” shares Neoh.

“2018 has been a great year for us in terms of empowering more businesses and their customers to go cashless. This year we are ready to take it to the next level and are excited to have Khuan Yew and Anisha join our team,” shares Neoh.
