Huawei is set to open its second Customer Service Centre in Westgate on 11 January 2019, Friday.
The opening of its latest centre could be a sign that the Chinese tech giant’s smartphone penetration in Singapore is on the rise.
The service centre will provide great convenience to the Huawei customers living in the west, where technical support, maintenance repairs, and other services are within their residential area.
Mr Cheng Jiangfei, Managing Director of Huawei Consumer Business Group Singapore said:
“After a successful year in 2018, we are thrilled to launch our second Customer Service Centre in Singapore as part of our commitment to creating first-in-class experiences and connections with our customers. We look forward to serving our customers at our new service centre where they can be assured of
high quality after-sales care and service delivery.”
Other than repair services, the new service centre will also display a spectrum of Huawei products for customers to have hands-on experience before they buy them.
It includes mobile phones, tablets, mobile broadband, wearables and accessories.
On its opening day, Huawei will be giving customers S$100 off on every Huawei Mate 20 smartphone purchase and a Huawei Executive Backpack that’s worth S$79, while stocks last.
Ever since Huawei surpasses Apple as the second largest smartphone manufacturer in the world in the second quarter of last year, it has continued to strengthen its grip on the position over the lacklustre iPhone sales.
