Awarded by the European Image and Sound Association (EISA), the HUAWEI P20 Pro was named the EISA Best Smartphone of the Year 2018 – 2019, in recognition of Huawei‘s commitment to producing quality, stylish and powerful devices.
According to EISA, the HUAWEI P20 Pro was selected for being “the most advanced, innovative and technically superior smartphone ever, and the perfect companion for mobile users, [and] also a trendsetter in the mobile photography field.”
The latest award makes it six years in a row that Huawei has received recognition from the European body that comprises 53 of the world’s most respected consumer electronics magazines.
Previous awards that Huawei received were the EISA Smartphone Camera 2017-2018 for the HUAWEI P10, EISA Wearable Device 2017-2018 for the HUAWEI Watch 2 and the European Consumer Smartphone 2016-2017 for the HUAWEI P9.

The EISA Best Smartphone of the Year award will be formally presented to Huawei during the annual IDA at the EISA Awards Ceremony on 31 August in Berlin, Germany,
