Time passes quickly, and with a blink of an eye, Beats is ten years old. And to commemorate its achievement, the Apple-owned audio brand has unveiled five new audio products including headphones and earphones. All of these products come in, what Beats called it, Defiant Black-Red colour. They are also equipped with the Apple W1 chip, which means it will connect seamlessly with your Apple products.

Beats Studio3 Wireless Headphones

At the top of Beats latest release is the premium Beats Studio3 Wireless headphones. It comes equipped with Pure Adaptive Noise Canceling (Pure ANC) function to keep noises and unwanted distractions out of your ears.

The Pure ANC works by actively locating external sounds to block them from affecting your audio experience. According to Beats, it also calibrates the audio in real-time to preserve clarity, range, and emotion.

With Beats’s Fast Fuel technology, a 10-minute charge can give users up to 3 hours worth of usage. A full charge can give users up to 40 hours of battery life and up to 22 hours with Pure ANC switched on.

It retails at S$478.

Beats Solo3 Wireless Headphones

Next in line is the Beats Solo3 Wireless Headphones. Besides producing premium audio quality (let’s not forget the bass), it has up to 40 hours of battery life so that you don’t have to keep charging them every single day.

Unlike the Beats Studio3 Wireless Headphone, a 3-minute charge on the Solo3 will hand users a 3-hour playback.

It retails at S$398.

Powerbeats3 Wireless Earphones

Beats did not forget about the exercise enthusiasts. The Powerbeats3 Wireless Earphones are the excellent companion for workouts in various settings as it is sweat and water resistant.

Users can expect up to 12 hours of battery life. It does come with the Fast Fuel technology, but it’s not as effective as the Solo3 and Studio3. A 5-minute charge should give you enough juice for an hour-long workout.

It retails at S$268.

BeatsX Wireless Earphones

The BeatsX Wireless Earphones lie in a sweet spot between casual and sporty. For S$70 less than the Powerbeats3, the BeatsX provides users with the wireless experience they want and same audio quality as its older brother.

People do wear BeatsX for workouts but do it at your own risk because Beats did not mention anything about it being sweat and water resistant.

The BeatsX can last up to eight hours of audio playtime. It also has the Fast Fuel technology. A 5-minute charge can give users, surprisingly, up to two hours of playback.

It retails at S$198.
