Plantronics has unveiled its latest over-the-ear wireless headphones series called Plantronics BackBeat GO 605, which is built for music lovers.

According to audio accessories-maker, the BackBeat Go 605 has a dual equalisation (EQ) modes that users can toggle hassle-free between Bass Boost and Balanced EQ. With just a push of a button, users can change the EQ quickly to ensure the best music experience.

Greg Miller, Director of Portfolio Business Management, Personal Solutions at Plantronics, said:

“Our core expertise in headphones, wireless and premium experiences make Plantronics uniquely qualified to give music lovers the best possible immersive stereo experience at an affordable price point. Plantronics’ baseline standard in all of our products is to provide superior audio, consistent with that found in our premium products.”

BackBeat Pro GO 605 Series is packed with a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 18 hours of wireless listening time, has dedicated on-ear controls for quick access to settings like pause/play, skip tracks, and a wideband-enabled microphone that allows to make calls and access Siri, Google Assistant, and Cortana (hmmm…).

The wireless headphone series also comes with a carrying pouch where you can fold flat its ear cups to slot into, a USB cable for charging, an audio cable for music even when the wireless part of it ran out of juice.

Price at an economical price point of only S$159.00, the Plantronics BackBeat GO 605 is a steal for people looking to buy a pair of wireless headphones to drown some of the noises in crowded places or in the office. One thing to note here is that it does not have noise-cancelling features, so the noises can only be reduced and not completely blocked out.
