Audio House has unveiled Singapore’s first completely cashless electronic showroom today and is offering electronics at up to 20% rebate on top of the lowest priced electronics locally.
The homegrown electronics chain is also offering an additional S$20 cashback with every $100 spent storewide. What this means is that for every S$100 spent at the store, you pay only S$80. Hence, if you purchase something that costs S$200, you just need to pay S$160.
To go cashless with Audio House, you need a QR code scanner and an account on their e-commerce store. When you are ready to shop, you can either search and make your purchase online or offline at their electronic showroom by scanning the QR code that is tagged with the item of your choice.
Either way, the QR codes will direct you to the e-commerce store to complete your payment. On it, you will see the option for you to choose if you want to use your cashback or not.
Managing Director of Audio House, Mr Alvin Lee said: “It is very difficult to challenge the market with the lowest price and offer an additional up to 20% rebate to all customers. With the cost-savings from this campaign, we are able to pass these savings directly to our customers.”
New Launch Promotion
From 11 November till 20 November, Audio House is giving away S$100 vouchers to all new members who sign up at www.audiohouse.com.sg. Do remember that the cashback rule applies.
With the new cashless concept, the operating hours at Audio House will also be shortened from 11 am to 9 pm. The new retail hours will now be from 12.30 pm to 9 pm.
In August 2016, Audio House has been revamping its business model to lower its operating costs significantly, which allows the local electronics store to offer much lower pricing than its competitors.
