StarHub Pairs New iPhone With Faster 5G+ Network

StarHub is offering Singapore customers steep discounts on the newest iPhone alongside its upgraded 5G+ network, with the telco promising speeds up to four times faster indoors and underground.

Customers on selected Unlimited+ plans can get the new iPhone from $0, with monthly DeviceDollars offsetting device instalments, 0% interest instalments, and an increased $200 trade-in bonus. StarHub is also offering up to $350 in additional savings for new lines and port-ins, along with up to 50% off selected accessories.

Pre-orders open ahead of 18 September retail launch

Pre-orders for the new iPhone open on 12 September at 8pm, subject to availability, with retail sales beginning on 18 September across StarHub outlets. Selected stores, including Paragon, Suntec, Toa Payoh HDB Hub, NEX, Jurong Point, Tampines Mall, Causeway Point and Westgate, will open earlier at 8am on launch day.

The offers follow the recent rollout of StarHub’s 5G+ network, which the company says delivers faster speeds in harder-to-reach areas such as basements and car parks. Customers who sign up for selected Unlimited+ Max and Platinum plans can also get 50% off for six months, along with global roaming data and a complimentary 12-month HBO Max subscription.

SmartSupport locks in future trade-in value

StarHub is also introducing SmartSupport, which lets customers lock in a guaranteed trade-in value of 50% or more when upgrading to a new iPhone in 2027. Every iPhone pre-order comes with a complimentary month of the service.

More details are available on StarHub’s website.
