PropertyGuru has launched My Property, a new in-app feature that lets Singapore homeowners check their estimated property value, track nearby transactions and see buyer-interest signals for similar homes.
To mark the launch, homeowners who check their property value through My Property between 7 and 20 September stand to win a share of a $88,000 prize pool, with weekly prizes ranging from $1,000 to $15,000. Checking a home’s value earns one lucky draw entry, with an additional entry for turning on notifications.
Valuation estimates within 0.44% of transacted price
For HDB flats, PropertyGuru says My Property’s valuation estimates land within a median 0.44% of the actual transacted price in three out of four transactions assessed. Homeowners can also see recent transactions and current listings for comparable properties nearby, along with buyer-interest signals drawn from viewing activity on the platform.
The feature sends notifications when there are updates to a home’s valuation or shifts in buyer interest for properties in the area, and lets homeowners who are considering a sale explore recommended agents based on their property type and location.
“My Property is one way we are extending that value, helping homeowners understand their position earlier and plan ahead with more context, while making the experience more personalised and relevant to the home they own,” said Yi-Wei Ang, Chief Product and Technology Officer, PropertyGuru Group.
My Property is available now within the PropertyGuru app on iOS and Android.
