OneByZero, a Singapore-headquartered frontier systems integrator, has signed a three-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Amazon Web Services to accelerate the deployment of governed, production-scale AI across Asia Pacific and Japan.
The agreement is aimed at helping enterprises move beyond AI experimentation and into production, addressing challenges around integrating AI into core business operations, governing behaviour across complex regulatory environments, and sustaining deployments over time.
Four Areas of Collaboration Across APJ
The agreement spans four initiatives. Neo, OBZ’s enterprise platform for deploying, governing and scaling AI Coworkers within a customer’s own AWS environment, is built on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, and will be made discoverable and procurable through AWS Marketplace. OBZ’s ETL Crew, an agentic data modernisation capability built on Bedrock and integrated with AWS Glue and AWS Lambda, will be expanded to accelerate data migrations and cloud transformation. The partnership also covers redesigning enterprise operating models around AI Coworkers and Forward Deployed Engineers, and introducing outcome-based delivery models tied to measurable business results. OBZ will grow its local engineering teams across Asia-Pacific under the three-year deal.
Measurable Results Already in Production
OBZ said its AI Coworkers, governed agents with defined roles, named human managers and measurable KPIs, are already running in production across APJ, handling more than 100,000 enterprise interactions daily. For Krungsri, a leading financial institution in Thailand, OBZ deployed ETL Crew on AWS to modernise legacy data pipelines, achieving more than 50 per cent faster migration across multiple business domains. A separate ETL Crew engagement delivered 55 per cent faster delivery, 80 per cent fewer resources required and 30 per cent cost savings compared with incumbent solutions.
- Neo runs on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, giving enterprises a governed foundation to run agentic AI inside their own AWS environments
- OBZ is an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and one of 22 partners globally selected for the AWS GenAI Innovation Centre Partner Innovation Alliance
- OBZ was named AWS Rising Consultancy Partner Star ASEAN 2026
“The enterprises winning this decade are not the ones that ran the most pilots, they are the ones that moved fastest from experimentation into production,”
said Niket Vaidya, Chief Executive Officer, OneByZero
Vaidya said Neo, OBZ’s platform for deploying and governing AI Coworkers, is what makes that shift possible inside the complex, regulated environments its clients operate in, and that the AWS collaboration gives the company the infrastructure and reach to deliver at scale across APJ.
“The next wave of enterprise productivity in APJ won’t come from AI alone, it will come from human-AI collaboration done right: governed agents working alongside people, embedded in real workflows, with full auditability,”
said Kirsten Gilbertson, Partner Organization Leader, AWS ASEAN
Gilbertson said OBZ’s Forward Deployed Engineering model, combined with Neo’s ability to run inside a customer’s AWS environment, gives enterprises a practical path to make that collaboration production-ready.
