Eftsure Acquires Relish to Widen Payment Fraud Defence

Eftsure has acquired US-based Relish, a vendor data validation and invoice automation platform, in a deal the companies say creates the global leader in trusted enterprise payments from onboarding to payment.

The combined business will serve more than 4,000 corporate customers, protect an estimated US$288 billion in payments annually and actively monitor 11 million vendors across 190 countries and territories. The deal brings together vendor data validation, invoice processing and independent payment verification into a single global platform, and follows Eftsure’s launch in Singapore in August 2026.

Addressing a US$442 billion fraud problem

The acquisition comes as global financial fraud losses reached an estimated US$442 billion in 2025, according to INTERPOL, with businesses grappling with fragmented finance systems and increasingly automated workflows. Eftsure independently verifies payee and bank details before a payment is released, while Relish’s technology validates and enriches vendor data against government and third-party sources and automates invoice processing.

“As finance becomes more autonomous, faster workflows aren’t enough. Enterprises need trusted data and independent verification behind every payment,” said Jon Soldan, chief executive officer of Eftsure.

Platform integrates with major finance systems

The combined platform integrates with more than 35 finance and enterprise systems, including SAP, Coupa, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle NetSuite. It can verify accounts covering approximately 85% of the world’s banked population, and Eftsure said its global annual recurring revenue grew 45% over the past year.

The deal follows Eftsure’s 2025 acquisition of France-based payment control company Sis ID. Combined, Eftsure, Sis ID and Relish employ more than 600 people across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Relish is a NACHA Preferred Partner and HIPAA-compliant solution provider, and integrates natively with SAP, Workday, ServiceNow and Coupa.
