Cohesity has appointed Justin Loh as Country Manager for Singapore and Brunei, tasking him with leading the AI and data security firm’s business strategy, sales operations and growth initiatives across both markets.
Two decades of enterprise technology experience
Loh joins Cohesity from NiCE, where he most recently served as regional director leading the customer experience and AI business across Southeast Asia, alongside strategic enterprise accounts spanning Asia-Pacific. He previously held leadership roles at Veritas Technologies, JOS Singapore and Avaya, bringing more than two decades of enterprise technology and go-to-market experience across cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity and data management.
Appointment signals continued regional investment
The appointment comes as organisations in Singapore and Brunei look to modernise their data security strategies amid a more complex threat landscape and growing enterprise AI adoption.
“His appointment further signals our continued investment in bringing the best talent into Cohesity,” said Lim Hsin Yin, Vice President and General Manager, ASEAN, Cohesity.
Loh said his focus would be on helping organisations balance the value of AI-driven data with the need to keep it secure. “AI is changing how organisations create value from data, but that opportunity depends on keeping data secure, trusted and resilient,” he said.
Cohesity’s data security platform is used by customers in more than 140 countries, including two-thirds of the Global 500, and is backed by industry partners including Nvidia, Amazon, Google, IBM, Cisco and HPE.
