Agoda Unifies Hotels, Flights, and Activities in One Checkout

Agoda has introduced a multi-product booking engine that allows travellers to book hotels, flights, and activities in a single transaction, with all elements consolidated into one confirmation and managed through a unified ‘My Trips’ section on the platform.

One Flow, One Confirmation

The new booking engine eliminates the need to manage separate checkouts across different travel components. Behind the scenes, Agoda’s platform coordinates across multiple suppliers simultaneously — handling payment processing, fraud checks, and inventory confirmation in a single workflow — while presenting travellers with a simplified front-end experience.

Once a booking is complete, hotels, flights, and activities are grouped together in the My Trips section, where users can view, organise, and rename trips for easy reference.

Idan Zalzberg, Chief Technology Officer at Agoda, said: “Travellers want simplicity and convenience. They shouldn’t need to manage separate bookings, payment processes, and confirmations. By bringing flights, accommodation, and activities into a single booking flow, we’re making it easier to plan and manage trips from start to finish, while handling the complexity behind the scenes.”

Scale and Availability

The capability is designed to work across Agoda’s global network, adapting to different supplier requirements and regional variations while maintaining a consistent user experience. Agoda’s platform covers more than 6 million holiday properties, 130,000 flight routes, and 300,000 activities, available via Agoda.com and the Agoda mobile app in 39 languages.

Headquartered in Singapore, Agoda is part of Booking Holdings and employs more than 7,000 staff across 27 markets. The multi-product checkout is live now.
