LG Electronics Singapore has launched the LG PuriCare® AeroMini, a compact air purifier designed for smaller living spaces such as bedrooms, children’s rooms, and single-room apartments — a format well-suited to Singapore’s residential landscape.
360-Degree Filtration in a Small Footprint
The AeroMini adopts the 360-degree airflow structure from LG’s PuriCare series, drawing in air from all directions through a three-layer H Filter. The filter is rated to remove ultra-fine dust particles as small as 0.01 micrometres, as well as airborne bacteria, viruses, and mould particles. LG cites independent chamber testing showing 99.999% removal of fine dust, 99.8% reduction of Staphylococcus aureus, 98.5% reduction of PhiX 174 virus, and 99.9% reduction of Penicillium citrinum airborne mould.
Sleep Mode and Smart Controls
In Sleep Mode, the AeroMini operates at 26dB — quieter than a whisper — making it suitable for use overnight or in focused work environments. The unit connects to the LG ThinQ® app for remote monitoring, real-time air quality updates, and filter usage tracking. A four-colour indicator on the device communicates air quality status at a glance.
Placement and Availability
The AeroMini’s compact dimensions allow it to sit on the floor, a tabletop, or a shelf, with a concealed filter cover maintaining a clean exterior. It is recommended for spaces up to 27 square metres. The LG PuriCare® AeroMini is available exclusively online via LG Singapore’s Online Brand Store. Pricing was not included in the announcement.
