Dell has unveiled its Pro Plus Earbuds (EB525), an AI-powered audio device designed to improve communication in hybrid work settings.
The earbuds are the first in the world to receive Microsoft Teams Open Office Certification, signalling that they meet strict performance standards for use in shared and high-noise environments. They are also certified for Zoom.
Dell said the product is designed not only for employees, who require clear, reliable audio and comfort throughout the day, but also for IT teams, who need simplified deployment and management tools.
Bridging IT and Employee Needs
Consumer-grade audio devices often struggle in professional environments, where background noise can affect productivity. The Dell Pro Plus Earbuds aim to address this by combining advanced noise filtering, AI-powered microphones and adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC).

- AI noise-cancelling microphone trained on over 500 million noise samples, capable of precise voice isolation.
- Adaptive ANC and transparency mode to block or allow environmental sounds.
- Four ear tip sizes for a customised fit and all-day comfort.
- Touch controls for managing calls, music and noise settings.
- Multi-device connectivity, with support for up to eight devices and seamless pairing via Dell Pair.
- Durability with IP54 dust and water resistance.
Employees can further personalise audio settings using the Dell Audio Mobile App, while IT administrators can manage firmware updates and device settings through a centralised dashboard.
Designed for Hybrid Work
The Dell Pro Plus Earbuds integrate with Dell laptops, docks and software, offering IT teams consistency across device ecosystems. The earbuds come with a compact charging case and a USB-C wireless receiver that fits neatly inside the case for portability.
