PLAUD.AI has officially launched its award-winning wearable voice recorder, the PLAUD NotePin, in Singapore – bringing one of the most compact AI-powered note-taking tools to the local market amid rising demand for smarter productivity tools.

The PLAUD NotePin, already used by over 700,000 users globally, made its regional debut backed by a recent win at the prestigious 2025 Red Dot Design Awards. Weighing next to nothing and designed to be worn as a necklace, wristband or clip, the device allows users to instantly record conversations with a long press – and then lets AI take over to transcribe, label speakers and summarise the key points.

“Especially in a fast-paced environment like Singapore, where every single second counts, the PLAUD NotePin empowers our users to stay ahead of the curve and helps them focus on what truly matters,” said Nathan Xu, CEO and Co-founder of PLAUD.AI.

The NotePin integrates with PLAUD’s AI ecosystem, offering features such as “Ask AI”, integration with Zapier automation tools, and over 30 industry-specific templates to streamline meeting notes. Its standout features also include smart speaker labelling, high-definition voice capture, and secure, cloud-backed storage that complies with SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA standards.

Beyond convenience, the device is pitched as a business tool. PLAUD.AI claims that its AI-driven notetaking capabilities could help users save up to 260 hours per year – equating to around S$11,629 in potential earnings, based on user productivity data.

The device also comes with a 40-day standby battery life and up to 20 hours of continuous recording, making it suitable for long workdays, travel, or back-to-back meetings. Its “Find My” tracking feature ensures it doesn’t go missing during busy days.

Two variants of the NotePin are now available: a standalone unit priced at S$229 and a limited-edition bundle at S$259, which includes additional accessories. The bundle is sold at major electronics and lifestyle retailers including Challenger, Courts, Best Denki and iStudio, while the single device is available online via Amazon, Lazada and Shopee.
