Devialet Unveils Asia-Pacific Flagship at Grand Hyatt Singapore, Debuts Next-Gen Astra Amplifier

French luxury audio house Devialet has opened its largest Asia-Pacific store at the Grand Hyatt Singapore, marking a major milestone in its regional expansion and doubling down on the growing appetite for premium audio experiences.

Spanning 1,870 square feet, the new flagship is the first in the world to showcase Devialet’s latest retail concept – a minimalist, high-design space centred around an exclusive, halo-lit Listening Room. Suspended like a glowing cube, this architectural centrepiece offers visitors an immersive sonic journey through Devialet’s cutting-edge audio technology.

Strategically located at the gateway to Orchard Road, the street-front store features the brand’s full product line-up, including the iconic Phantom speakers, Dione soundbars, and the second-generation Gemini true wireless earbuds.

“Singapore is a strategic market for Devialet, where the demand for unparalleled musical emotion continues to grow,” said Jacques Demont, CEO of Devialet. “More than just a flagship, this opening marks a pivotal milestone in our international expansion, reaffirming our commitment to bringing the pinnacle of French acoustic excellence to the world.”

Beyond retail, the space doubles as a cultural hub for sound enthusiasts, with curated programming such as intimate listening sessions, live performances, product demos, and masterclasses. The aim: to create a destination that constantly evolves and inspires the local audio community.

Astra: Devialet’s New Benchmark in High-Fidelity Sound

Coinciding with the store’s launch is the debut of Devialet Astra, the brand’s newest integrated amplifier – a culmination of 15 years of research and a showcase of its acoustic engineering prowess.

Astra is designed to deliver the full emotional range of music with unprecedented clarity, depth, and precision. Built on the new Devialet DOS3 operating system, the amplifier allows seamless integration with the brand’s entire ecosystem and supports multiple streaming platforms including AirPlay, Google Cast, Roon Ready, Spotify Connect and Tidal.

Despite its compact form, Astra doesn’t compromise on power. It comes in two editions: the Light Bronze (SGD 26,390 solo / SGD 52,780 dual) and the limited Opéra de Paris version (SGD 33,000 solo / SGD 63,000 dual).
