Travel Alliance Teams Up with Grab & Trip.com to Offer Big Savings for Travellers

Travellers can look forward to greater savings and perks starting January 2025, thanks to a new partnership announced by The Travel Alliance. Comprising Singtel, AIS, Globe, HKT, Optus, Taiwan Mobile, and Telkomsel, the Alliance is collaborating with leading brands Grab and Trip.com to offer exclusive rewards to nearly 300 million customers across Asia Pacific.

The partnership will bring benefits such as discounts on accommodations, flights, rides, and food deliveries—providing enhanced value for travellers heading to markets where these telcos operate.

A New Era of Cross-Border Rewards

The Travel Alliance, established in February 2024, aims to revolutionize travel experiences by creating a seamless rewards ecosystem for its customers. According to Anna Yip, CEO of International Digital Services (Designate) at Singtel: “Digital tools and services have become an integral part of our lives and play a greater role when we travel as we rely so heavily on them to help us navigate new spaces and access experiences like tours, dining and more.
