The Jobstreet by SEEK Career Fair is set to return this year with a significant expansion, doubling in size to accommodate over 70 hiring brands. The event, which will take place on 24 and 25 August 2024 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, promises to be a comprehensive platform for job seekers of all levels.

This year’s Career Fair is expected to be a pivotal event for those at various stages of their professional journeys. With leading companies like Resorts World Sentosa, SingTel, Zuellig Pharma, and TÜV SÜD participating, attendees will have the chance to explore a wide range of job opportunities. The event also includes the OneAviation Careers Pavilion, co-hosted by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and NTUC’s e2i, offering insights into the aerospace and aviation industries.

The Career Insights programme, a highlight of the fair, will feature industry experts from GovTech, NCS Group, and Spotify, among others. Participants can gain valuable knowledge on hiring trends, interview techniques, and career development strategies.

Personalised Career Support and Networking

Job seekers can take advantage of personalised services such as career coaching and a Résumé Clinic. Certified career coaches will provide tailored advice, helping participants refine their job applications and present themselves effectively to potential employers. Additionally, a professional CV photoshoot service will be available to enhance candidates’ presentation.

Engaging Youth Programmes and Exciting Prizes

The event will also cater to younger job seekers through the Youth Career Exploration Journey (YCEJ), which is designed for those aged 18 to 25. Participants who complete the journey will not only gain valuable experience but also stand a chance to win prizes, including vouchers and additional lucky draw entries.

Four rounds of lucky draws will be held over the two days, offering participants the opportunity to win high-end gadgets such as an iPhone Pro Max, Apple Watch SE, and 3rd generation AirPods.
