Manchester United Unveils Snapdragon as New Shirt Sponsor for 2024/25 Season

Manchester United has announced Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. as its new principal shirt sponsor for both the men’s and women’s teams. The iconic Snapdragon® brand will be featured on the new home kit for the 2024/25 season, which was unveiled today by adidas.

This sponsorship deal extends the existing partnership between Manchester United and Qualcomm Technologies. Snapdragon processors, found in over 3 billion devices worldwide, power experiences across a wide range of products, including smartphones, PCs, VR glasses, gaming devices, wearables, and cars. The Snapdragon brand will also be displayed on the away and third kits, set to be revealed later in July.

A Legendary Launch

The new home shirt was introduced with a launch video starring Manchester United legend Eric Cantona. The video highlights the emotion, creativity, and heart Cantona brought to the pitch, embodying the spirit of the collaboration with Snapdragon. The first team will debut the new kit during their pre-season tour in Europe and the US, including a match against Real Betis at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego on 31 July for the Snapdragon Cup.

Augmented Reality Experience for Fans

As part of the kit launch, fans can access an augmented reality (AR) experience by scanning the Snapdragon logo on the front of the shirt. This innovative feature, developed by Snapdragon, will bring fans onto the pitch at Old Trafford and offer exclusive Manchester United content throughout the season.
