With the new service, users can pinpoint their pickup and drop-off locations, receive instant quotes, choose payment options, and track the tow truck in real time through the Lalamove app. They can also contact the assigned towing operator throughout the process, ensuring constant communication.
Upon completion of each towing order, users receive a comprehensive receipt via the app, detailing the service, final price, order ID, and towing partner’s name. Lalamove’s dedicated customer service team is accessible throughout the process, providing additional support.
For towing service providers, joining the Lalamove platform opens access to a broad user network and advanced technology for dispatching and resource management. Providers also enjoy benefits such as fuel discounts and discounted servicing packages, aligning with those available to Lalamove driver-partners.
