Finastra has announced the appointment of Mike Stawchansky as the new Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Innovation Officer. Stawchansky, who will be working closely with the Office of the CEO, is tasked with spearheading the company’s initiatives in technology innovation, with a particular focus on generative AI (Gen AI) solutions for customers.

Stawchansky’s responsibilities will encompass overseeing the senior leadership team dedicated to customer technology, where he aims to champion operational excellence. His efforts will be directed towards driving Finastra’s customer technology and Gen AI innovation initiatives under the leadership of Finastra CEO, Simon Paris.

Before joining Finastra, Mike Stawchansky held the position of SVP of Platform and Production Engineering at Collibra, a privately held data intelligence platform. With a career spanning over 25 years, Stawchansky brings a wealth of experience from his previous senior roles at notable companies such as Salesforce and WebMD, promising to be a significant asset in Finastra’s pursuit of technology excellence and innovation.
