Atrix Dynamics, renowned as Singapore’s fastest-growing IT retailer, has introduced a trio of groundbreaking initiatives that promise to redefine the IT shopping landscape in the city-state.

The first initiative, the “Offline to Online (O2O) Shopping Experience,” is the result of a strategic partnership between Atrix and Lazada. This collaboration aims to seamlessly merge the realms of offline and online shopping, offering customers a unified and convenient purchasing journey.

Tang Tin, founder and director of Atrix, emphasized the importance of this transformation, stating, “In a knowledge society where we rely on multiple devices for work and play, it is vital for consumers to choose the right devices for their needs.”

The second initiative, “Atrix 24 by 24 Everywhere,” signals an aggressive expansion of Atrix’s retail presence across Singapore. By mid-2024, Atrix plans to increase its current 19 retail outlets to a total of 24, establishing itself as a household name.

Lastly, the launch of “Atrix Mall” marks a significant leap in customer service. The bilingual website, with upcoming e-commerce features, is designed to enhance the customer experience for owners of laptops, desktop PCs, and other IT devices. It offers an array of unprecedented services:

Help Is Just Next Door: Atrix customers can access Atrix Service Experience Centres within Atrix retail shops for device servicing, upgrades, repairs, and technical advice.

To introduce these innovations, Atrix hosted a roadshow at the Suntec City Convention Centre, commencing on August 28, 2023, and running until September 3, 2023. The event boasts irresistible deals and exciting prizes for visitors.

Moreover, the O2O concept, developed in collaboration with Lazada, ensures that customers can seamlessly purchase IT products from Atrix’s online store on Lazada, physical retail outlets, and Atrixmall.com (with e-commerce options arriving later this year). Regardless of the purchase platform, customers enjoy competitive pricing and flexible delivery options, including same-day delivery for certain products.

Additionally, customers visiting Atrix retail outlets can scan QR codes to view and purchase products on Atrix’s Lazada shop. This feature caters to those who prefer to inspect items in-store while leveraging the benefits of online shopping.

As part of their rapid retail expansion plan, Atrix has already expanded to prominent locations such as NEX, VivoCity, Jurong Point, JEM, and Tampines Mall this year. They have plans to open outlets in several more locations, ensuring easy access for customers citywide.
