AI@Work introduces several groundbreaking features, including:
- Workato Copilots: Acting as knowledgeable co-workers, Workato Copilots work alongside users to build Workato recipes and connectors using natural language. These Copilots are trained on millions of data points from Workato’s public recipe community, possessing a deep understanding of business entity relationships, logic, data mappings, and transformations. They leverage this knowledge to provide guidance and support during the automation-building process. Importantly, Workato Copilots adhere to the strictest data privacy standards and do not utilize customer data from these interactions to train any models.
- AI Connectivity: Users can leverage Workato’s OpenAI Connector, along with other AI Connectors, to infuse AI capabilities into their automations, enabling the creation of smarter business processes. Since May 2023, numerous customers have already utilized the OpenAI Connector to automate processes such as content generation for sales emails/sequences, intelligent response generation based on feedback, personalized reactivation and nurture campaigns, automated help desk operations, QBR and sales deck creation, enhanced employee engagement, and the development of virtual assistants, among other use cases.
- WorkbotGPT (Coming soon): WorkbotGPT facilitates natural language conversations between users and applications and data, enabling the automation of work tasks. Users can seamlessly chain their interactions to automate complex multi-step automations. For instance, instructing WorkbotGPT to fetch deals over $100K and request an update from the AEs will prompt the system to retrieve the opportunities from Salesforce and send an email to the AEs, all through conversational instructions. This eliminates the need to build recipes or write code, streamlining the automation process.
- GEARSAI: As the operational framework driving adoption across organizations, GEARS (Govern, Enable, Adopt, Run, Scale) has been enhanced to provide a roadmap for the adoption of AI alongside Automation. Workato customers have successfully leveraged this framework to democratize and adopt automation throughout their businesses, and it will now facilitate the incorporation of AI technologies.
