Rewards For Partners: Blackberry Launches a New “Protect & Earn” Program to Encourage Net-New Customer Acquisition

Recent events have shown the very real danger of a ransomware attack. High profile breaches from threat actors such as REvilConti or Darkside illustrate just how important it is to have the right tools in place to detect these attacks early and protect your business. BlackBerry partners are now more vital than ever in delivering comprehensive AI solutions to their customers to help them defend against the growing threat landscape. In return, BlackBerry has launched its first ever partner incentive program to reward those partners for their continued efforts.

“BlackBerry partners can earn up to US$45K for Sales Reps and US$15K for Technical Sales Reps per deal,” explains Macey Morrison, Sr. Director, Global Partner Go-to-Market at BlackBerry. “Prevention is better than cure, and we believe we have the most effective AI-driven technology to prevent these attacks, so we launched one of the industry’s most lucrative programs to invest in partners that extend this protection to at-risk organizations globally.”

For all qualifying deals, partners can receive a bonus on top of their existing BlackBerry Partner Program benefits, and is applicable to deals including BlackBerry’s holistic, prevention-first cyber suite of Unified Endpoint Security (UES), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) or Critical Event Management (CEM) solutions.

Protect & Earn is an 11-month partner incentive program open to approved BlackBerry partners across multiple transaction models, including solution providers (VARs & SIs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP) at Gold, Platinum and Emerald levels. Partners will receive all further details on the program directly from their BlackBerry Channel Account Manager.

Developing together

BlackBerry is committed to supporting its partner network through on-going education, field and market development resources. “We want to serve as an extension of our partners’ sales team as we are all pursuing the same goal: to protect end customers, end points and businesses from cyber-attacks. For us, it’s all about aligning closely and collaborating with our partners to provide them with the right tools, information and support to successfully do their jobs. This is how we develop together,” Colleen McMillan, WW VP Channel Sales explains.

In addition to the new program, BlackBerry already offers numerous exclusive benefits to the channel; partners have the opportunity to take part in sales and technical training, market development and authorized service provider programs for partners to grow profitable, differentiated cybersecurity businesses from day one.

Registration is now open and partners can contact their BlackBerry Channel Account Manager to enroll today.
