EngageRocket, the fastest-growing Asian employee experience solution provider, has reported 70% revenue growth post COVID-19. EngageRocket also recorded a 234% increase in adoption, bringing the total number of users over 200,000. Since the beginning of the pandemic, notable customers have decided to partner with EngageRocket, such as Toyota Tsusho, YTL PowerSeraya, NIPSEA Group, and  PT Zenius Education, to improve employee experience and engagement.

With Covid-19 measures being tightened, working from home is once again becoming the default mode. One more time, both organisations and employees are confronted with very sudden regulations. Volatile circumstances have a significant impact on employee engagement and well-being.

EngageRocket’s recent study revealed that people have been more affected by burnout than last year. In April 2021, only 42% of employees surveyed reported being able to avoid burnout, compared to 53% in 2020. With all schools starting full home-based learning (HBL) from May 19, parents will also face more exposure to stress than other employees. Last year, during the circuit-breaker, 40% said that they are stressed during this period – at a rate double the average.

However, since April 2020, organisations have shown incredible agility investing and innovating to support employees through multiple transitions. Remote working has brought radical change across organisations, shifting towards a digital-ready workforce almost overnight. Video conferencing, communication platforms and people analytics, among other technologies, are now recognised as a necessary investment to support employees. Our recent study confirmed that employees are driving this digital transformation with over 70% of the workforce believing that Digital/Tech is a key skill in the ‘Future of Work’.

CheeTung Leong, Co-founder and CEO at EngageRocket commented “The recent survey has shown that people analytics is crucial to maintaining a healthy workforce during the pandemic. We saw that 68% of HR leaders said that increasing employee engagement and well-being is their top priority for 2021. The pandemic has accelerated the need to inspire, connect and engage with our teams digitally, backed with solid data on what they most need. As demand continues to rise, we are proud to support organisations in transforming their workplace to become more resilient and agile”.

One year after raising $3M Series A, led by Qualgro, the organisation is looking to strengthen its presence in APAC. The company pursues the optimisation of its business through an aggressive hiring plan across Asia. EngageRocket aims to double its headcount, specifically adding advanced capabilities in people science, engineering, marketing as well as in customer-facing roles.

Customers’ satisfaction is at the heart of the organisation’s mission. EngageRocket’s users evaluated its level of support with a score of 9.5/10, above the average for the “employee engagement” category on G2, a review platform. EngageRocket’s reviews praise the company for its user-friendly platform and the quality of its support:

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, looks great, and the customer support is quick and thorough. We are discovering what areas of engagement need improving and how better to retain people.”

Founded in 2016, EngageRocket’s product suite for employee experience enables organisations to make better people decisions with real-time analytics. Its intelligent platform empowers HR leaders to gain better visibility into their organisation’s health and performance. As of today, EngageRocket has analysed more than 4 million answers representing the largest dataset on the state of workplace sentiment in the region since the start of the pandemic.
