Capgemini enhances M1’s customer experiences with transformed digital platform
Capgemini has announced that its successful implementation of a transformed digital platform for M1 Limited (“M1”), a subsidiary of Keppel Corporation, one of Singapore’s leading communicationsproviders with more than two million customers. Capgemini leveraged its strong regional capabilities in user experience design as well as its collaboration with Sitecore to transform M1’s digital platform.
Capgemini conceptualized and developed an integrated e-commerce, web content, and marketing solution (built and hosted on Sitecore’s e-commerce content management system) integrated into the backend systems, to provide an improved digital experience to M1’s customers. The solution also provides a robust foundation for M1 to continue improving its in-store experience and self-service offerings catering to all its customers.
By incorporating a streamlined interface that is more intuitivefor customers, the implementation of the simple-to-navigate website coupled with M1’s easy-to-build plans, allows its customers to understand and make their own decisions just the way they want, all through a single digital platform.
