azgo, a travel cashback app that launched in February 2024, has swiftly reached its annual growth targets within just six months, underscoring its rapid expansion and the market’s appetite for innovative travel solutions. Since its debut, azgo has attracted over 250,000 users across major markets, including China, Singapore, and Hong Kong, while generating more than USD 2.4 million in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).

The fast growth of azgo, marked by an impressive 620% month-on-month increase, highlights a significant gap in the market that both consumers and merchants are eager to fill. Backed by a leadership team with experience at industry giants like Booking.com, Trip.com, and Skyscanner, azgo is rapidly positioning itself as a disruptor in the travel tech industry.

A key factor behind azgo’s success is its focus on accelerating the payout of rewards to its customers. While the industry standard for reward payments typically ranges from 60 to 90 days post-fulfillment, azgo has reduced this to just seven days. The company is currently testing an even faster payout timeframe of one to three working days for select merchants, with plans to expand this feature widely.

Additionally, azgo leverages artificial intelligence to enhance the validation process for cashback on deals offered by its travel partners, including Booking.com, Agoda, and Pelago by Singapore Airlines. Another standout feature is azgo’s customer service, which provides personalized responses to customer inquiries within 30 minutes during operating hours, distinguishing it as the first mobile-first platform to offer this level of service in the travel booking space.

With several top-tier Online Travel Agents (OTAs) already partnering with azgo, the company plans to continue expanding its network of partnerships. Notably, its collaboration with Pelago by Singapore Airlines has generated significant results, achieving over six-digit GMV within just three months.

As part of its next phase of growth, azgo will be expanding into the United States and Australia markets, following its successful launches in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.
