Ping Identity Celebrates Second Annual HelPING Hands Day

Ping Identity, a leader in secure digital experiences, marked its second annual HelPING Hands Day, a global initiative dedicated to community service. Spearheaded by the Community Cares Employee Resource Group (ERG), the event saw widespread participation from Ping Identity’s workforce, ensuring both remote and office-based employees could engage with their local communities.

This year, 800 employees volunteered with 63 organizations across 18 non-profit sectors globally, contributing over 2,400 hours of service. The activities ranged from environmental projects, such as park and beach cleanups, to humanitarian efforts, including assisting elderly residents with household maintenance. These efforts spanned eight countries and 45 communities.

“The response to our inaugural HelPING Hand Day was overwhelmingly positive,” said Brooke Flick, global Chair of Community Cares ERG at Ping Identity. “We were thrilled to engage our communities for a second year, with our integrated employee base and partner sponsorships helping to increase our impact.”

Andre Durand, CEO and founder of Ping Identity, emphasized the company’s commitment to community service alongside its mission to secure digital identities. “This is a heartfelt way to witness immediate impact in an increasingly digital world,” he said.

Looking ahead, LexisNexis and ProofID are set to join as partner sponsors for 2024, aiming to further amplify Ping Identity’s contributions and support to communities.
